The Modern Eating Disorder Recovery Method™

Private Coaching

This is recovery designed to meet you wherever you are in life, anywhere in the world.

Full recovery is a brave decision, and you don't have to do it alone.

The Modern Eating Disorder Recovery Method™ is for you if…

  • You want support that extends beyond scheduled appointments.

  • You want guidance from someone who has lived through recovery and fully recovered.

  • You need help applying recovery to the moments that happen in real life.

  • You want coaching personalized to you, not a one-size-fits-all approach.

  • You want steady accountability as you learn to trust your own choices.

  • You’re looking for support that helps you build beyond symptom management.

If this is the kind of support you’ve been missing, you’re in the right place. My coaching practice was created for exactly this kind of gap in care.

Courage in recovery often begins with something quieter: permission.

What We’ll Do Together

Recovery isn't about trying harder. It's about having the right support while you build new patterns that actually last.

You’ll learn how to:

  • Build practical tools you can use when recovery feels challenging in everyday life.

  • Strengthen trust in your body and yourself through consistent, sustainable choices.

  • Work through meals, travel, social events, and the situations that can make recovery feel harder.

  • Create routines and practices that make recovery feel more natural within the life you’re building.

  • Explore movement as strength, enjoyment, and self-care when it is appropriate for you.

The Coaching Experience

Each part of our work together is shaped around your body, your history, your needs, and the life you’re working toward.

A Different Kind of Support

My coaching is grounded in lived experience and a genuine understanding of how complex recovery can be. It is designed to stand confidently within your larger care team while offering a level of connection, continuity, and individualized guidance that is entirely its own.

This is what that looks like:

  • Lived understanding from someone who knows recovery from the inside.

  • A steady place to be honest about what’s hard without having to explain every layer of it.

  • Support that leaves room for challenge, uncertainty, progress, and being human.

  • Encouragement to keep choosing yourself until those choices begin to feel like your own.

Meet Hannah

Eating Disorder Recovery Coach

I created Modern Eating Disorder Recovery because I know how overwhelming recovery can be and how much healing happens between therapy sessions.

My coaching works alongside your treatment team, combining lived experience, professional training, and personalized support to help recovery become something you can live, not just talk about.

Helping women discover that full recovery is possible isn't just my work. It's a privilege, and it's the reason Modern Eating Disorder Recovery exists.
